Romanija is a mountain in the east part of the Republic of Srpska. The highest point is the Veliki Lupoglav 1652 meters above sea level.

On the south side there is the famous Novak’s cave (1523 m / nv) whose name is related to Hajduk Starina Novak, and today it is one of the main attractions, whose steep part is secured with well-fixed cables.

Ledenjača (1490 m / nv) is a natural phenomenon in which snow and ice are retained throughout the year.

Mountaineering, mountain biking, alpinism, cave touring, mushroom picking (cuts, daisies, foxes, bark and the famous Romanesque spruce), herbs are just some of the attractions that this mountain offers, with clean mountain air and mountain sources, streams and rivers .

After your sightseeing, with fantastic views, you will find a warm fireplace and healthy food prepared in a traditional way, at the Stajina hut, with a capacity of 45 beds and a courtyard suitable for camping, away from Pale 14 kilometers.
